Can I return my Orders?

We deliver product with zero defect guarantee. On a rare occasion when the fit of the product does not flatter you the most, we accept a return within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please visit our Returns page within the first 4 days from the date of delivery.

Is there a time period within which I can return the Order?

Yes. Within 3-4 days from the date of delivery and should reach our warehouse within 10 days.

What are the terms for Exchange/Returns?

For hygiene factor, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or stained.
If in rarest situation you have received a defective product, don’t send it to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
Send us images and we will get back to you.
You will have to self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post within 3-4 days from the date of delivery and should reach our warehouse within 10 days.
We do not accept returns on bottom wear products for hygienic factors.

When can I make a return?

You can make a return if you face any one of the following cases:
-It was delivered in a defective condition
-If it is different from what you ordered
-If you have received a wrong size

When is my Order Eligible for Returns?

Your returns should meet all the following conditions:
-The product is in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition
-Brand tags and labels are intact
-Product to be returned with its original packaging.

*Products purchased on sale are not eligible for Returns/Exchange.
